Brittney and cupcakes...

Britt called yesterday, saying one of our

favorite nurses came in her room, and said:

"Where's MeMaw, where are our cupcakes?"

So, I guess you know what I'll be doin' this morning.

:)

Brittney is doing okay, with the exception of a

major panic attack yesterday morning.  Patti

said it was awful; Britt grabbed her mom

around the waist and was sobbing, all
the while trying to catch her breath.

Fortunately, one of the drs came

in at that moment.

She's been through so much, as you know.

And, how can we forget after one of those

surgeries, she lost her breath; her lungs

collapsed, and being on the ventilator.

I know, yesterday her mind took her back

to that that terrible place, but last night

she told me she was feeling better.

Thanks so much, my sweet friends for

your thoughts and prayers.  I know I've

said that many times, but I hope you
know I truly mean it.

Off to the kitchen I go!

And, then to see our girl.
