He was so darn cute.
We shared everything; butter pecan ice cream.
Took walks in Central Park, hand in hand.
He said he didn't care if I was 30 years older.
Then, he had to go to work at the donut shop.
He said: I'll see you later at the chapel.
I ran home to try on my weddin' dress.
The time drew near and then nearer.
I ran out the door in my dress.
Then I got lost in the city, runnin' up and
down the crowded streets.
Finally, I made it to the chapel;
my dress was torn and dirty,
but I was there !
Then, I woke up.
I'm going back to bed now.
